Winner’s name within five 5 business days of being notified that they have won the prize by sending the promoter a copy of a bank statement showing the winner’s nominated bank account details name and current residential address nominated account

Winner of the prize draw will be notified by phone using their provided contact phone number on 5 july 2018

Winner will also be notified publicly by publishing their details on tab.com.au on 5 of july 2018

Prize, and the Promoter will notify any relevant regulator accordingly where required by law to do so.
Winner, Eligible Participants must be available and willing to travel to Sydney and/or Melbourne from 5 July – 17 July, if requested by the Promoter. winner of each group in the 2018 FIFA World Cup group stage and submit their selections in accordance with the instructions provided on TAB.com.au as applicable (“Selections”);
Winner will be contacted within 48 hours after the Draw via their provided contact phone number and notified in writing.
Winner will have the opportunity to select one (1) First Goal Scorer from the two teams in the 2018 World Cup Final scheduled for 15 July 2018 (“Match”), the selected goal scorer will be the “Selected Scorer”.
Winner will also be asked to nominate one (1) reserve First Goal Scorer from the two teams in the Match (“Reserve Scorer”).
Winner must notify the Promoter in writing of their nominated Selected Scorer and Reserve Scorer by 5pm 13 July 2018 (notification to the Promoter may include via text message from their provided contact phone number).
Winner’s nominated player will automatically change to the Reserve Scorer.
Winner has communicated neither a Selected Scorer or Reserve Scorer to the Promoter in writing by 5pm 13 July 2018; or
Winner will be allocated the TAB fixed odds favourite for first goal scorer market for the Match as at 5pm 14 July 2018 who is not a Void Selection, in the event that there are multiple players with the same TAB fixed odds price, the player with the lowest jersey number will be selected, if there are still multiple players after this process is followed the Promoter will select a player from the multiple players by random electronic draw (“Allocated Scorer”).
Winner will receive the Minor Prize.

Winner must verify their full legal name, date of birth and current residential address by providing the Promoter with original and/or certified copies of their identification documents as requested by the Promoter.
Prize (i.e. ‘Selection of Player’) will not be awarded to the Winner(s) until their identity has been successfully verified by the Promoter.
Winner is responsible for all associated costs with the Prize, including where applicable, travel, accommodation and any other ancillary costs.
Prize values are GST inclusive, are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail values as provided by the supplier (or an appropriate estimate of such value) and are correct at time of printing.
Winner’s name within five (5) business days of being notified that they have won the Prize by sending the Promoter a copy of a bank statement showing the Winner’s nominated bank account details, name and current residential address (“Nominated Account”).
Prize won by the Winner to their Nominated Account within 15 business days after the Match has concluded.

Winner of the Prize Draw will be notified by phone using their provided contact phone number on 5 July 2018. Winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter on 5th of July 2018, the Promoter will notify them in writing by 5.00pm (AEST) on 5 July 2018 via the email address provided by the Winner. Winner will also be notified publicly by publishing their details on tab.com.au on 5 of July 2018.
Winner does not accept a Prize (including if the Promoter is not able to successfully get in contact with the Winner) by 11.59pm (AEST) on 11 July 2018, or if the Winner is determined to not be an Eligible Participant or to not be entitled to the prize pursuant to these Conditions of Entry, the Prize (i.e. ‘Selection of Player’) may be awarded to a Reserve Winner.
Winner or Unclaimed Prize Winner receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner/Unclaimed Prize Winner. Winner to seek independent financial and tax advice.
Prize, by entering this Promotion, a Winner/Unclaimed Prize Winner acknowledges that circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter may prevent the delivery of the Prize (including the failure by the Winner/Unclaimed Prize Winner to notify the Promoter of any change to their delivery details). Prize has not been caused or contributed by the Winner’s negligence, fraud or misconduct, the Promoter may (if circumstances permit) re-deliver the Prize to the Winner.
Winner’s names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, or from participation in the Promotion or downloading material from tabrewards.com.au or tab.com.au; or
Winner, Unclaimed Prize Winner and, if applicable, their guest/s (which may include politically-exposed person, public record, social media, adverse media and other background checks) for the purpose of assessing the honesty and integrity of the relevant Winner, Unclaimed Prize Winner and, if applicable, their guest/s;
Winner and/or Unclaimed Prize Winner or, if applicable, require a Winner and/or Unclaimed Prize Winner to select an alternative guest, where any check referred to in paragraph 4(b)(i) returns an adverse outcome;
Winner or Unclaimed Prize Winner provide proof of age, identity or proof of residency at the nominated Prize delivery address.
Prize that they may be required to sign a legal release in a form reasonably determined by the Promoter.
Winner or Unclaimed Prize Winner is identified as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions (the “Refused Winner”), the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the Winner to take part in, or receive, any or all aspects of the Prize, and the Promoter will notify any relevant regulator accordingly where required by law to do so.
