SunPork Cracking Chrissy Pork Belly Promo TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The promoter is SunPork Fresh Foods Ltd whose registered office is at 1/29 Smallwood
Place, Murarrie QLD 4172.
The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, except employees
of the SunPork group and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the
organisation or judging of the competition.
You must purchase at least 1 pack of SunPork Fresh Foods specially marked Christmas Slow
Cooked Pork Belly to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by
these terms and conditions.
Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are displayed inside the
packet of SunPork Fresh Foods specially marked Christmas Slow Cooked Pork Belly.
Multiple entries from the same person are accepted provided they have purchased the
same amount of SunPork Fresh Foods specially marked Christmas Slow Cooked Pork Belly
packs. Entrants may enter the competition a maximum of 3 times per day.
Closing date for entry will be 9/01/2018 at 2pm. After this date no further entries to the
competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and
conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act
of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other
event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to
entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by
any third party connected with this competition.
3. The prize is as follows:
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not
transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any
prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
4. Winners will be chosen: By an independent adjudicator appointed by SunPork Fresh
Foods.
5. The winner will be notified via a SunPork Fresh Foods Facebook post and via the email
address provided by the entrant, at 4:00pm on the 9th of January 2018. If the winner does
not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize

from the winner and select a replacement winner. The winner must be able to provide proof
of purchase by displaying the original receipt or copy of it. The winner is entitled to choose
one $2000 voucher from the voucher choices provided [Flight Centre, Harvey Norman, Visa
Debit Card, BBQ Galore, BCF, JB HiFi, David Jones] by SunPork Fresh Foods.
6. The Major prize will be mailed by post to the selected winners address or picked up by
the winner in person from a location selected by SunPork Fresh Foods. Instant win vouchers
will be emailed to the individual within 48 hours of the win.
7. The promoter’s decision in respect to all matters to do with the competition will be final
and no correspondence will be entered.

phone number)) via the SunPork Fresh Foods website], an entrant is indicating his/her
agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
9. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [Australian] law and
any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Australia].
10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as
well as their entry. Entrants agree that contact details will be collected for the purpose of
communicating future promotions and product information to the SunPork Fresh Foods
email database.
11. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
