1. REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRY: To participate in the Serious Smoothies giveaway you must follow the instructions for entry outlined in the guidelines on the original giveaway announcement post found in the Entry Link below.

2. GIVEAWAY LENGTH: To be in the draw, entries must be received between 4:00pm AEST on Friday, 14th September 2018, and Sunday 30th September 2018, midnight AEST, when the giveaway ends.

3. PRIZE WINNERS: Winners will be selected at random from the entry post on the following business day. Winners will be contacted via their Facebook social media account to obtain their full name, contact details and address for prize delivery/details for purchasing from Coles.

4. PRIZES: The three winners will each win the prize designated to them, as outlined on the original giveaway announcement post.

5. DELIVERY OF SMOOTHIES: Serious Smoothies will only deliver the smoothie cartons portion of the prize to Central Melbourne or Central Sydney and only to commercial addresses. Serious Smoothies are unable to deliver the frozen smoothie cartons to residential addresses. Winners who live in Central Melbourne or Central Sydney will need to provide a commercial address for their Serious Smoothies to be sent. Winners who live outside of Melbourne or Sydney will be given the option to either: purchase the equivalent of the Serious Smoothies on Coles online OR in a Coles store, and Serious Smoothies will reimburse the cost of this, to the equivalent of the prize won. In this instance, the winner will need to provide Serious Smoothies with receipts from Coles, showing the purchase of the smoothies that they otherwise would have been sent.

6. DELIVERY OF OTHER PRIZES: All other prizes (the NutriBullet, the Sprocket & Steel straws, Go Good products and the H2Coco Coconut Water) will be sent out directly to each prize winner. Winners will need to provide an Australian address for their prize to be sent to.
