Winners will be notified in writing by email and by phone within 2 business days of the draw.
prize package (such as passports, visas, taxes, travel insurance, food, spending money, travel expenses in New York (other than airport transfers) and travel expenses to and from the departure point within Australia) are the responsibility of the winner and their companion and do not form part of the prize.
winner and their travel companion are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary documents to travel to New York (including a current passport and any visas that may be required).

prizes will be emailed by the Promoter directly to each of the winners who have been successfully contacted under clause 12, to the email address provided on their entry form within 14 days of the initial prize draw. Prize, airfare tickets and other prize details will be mailed by the Promoter directly to each of the winners who have been successfully contacted under clause 112, to the Australian address provided on their entry form within 14 days after winners have been notified of the dates of travel (in accordance with clause 12(d)).
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. prize value.
winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.
prize winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material in any medium throughout the world.
