GET ready to sing your heart out to the songs of the classic musical The Sound of Music at Hamer Hall in May.

Sing-A-Long-A Sound of Music is an audience participation event where you can sing your favourite songs along with the film on the big screen, and dress up as your favourite Sound of Music characters.
Chelsea Plumley has hosted the worldwide phenomenon Sing-A-Long-A Sound of Music across Australia for 12 years, and she is back in 2014 to guide audiences through this unforgettable interactive experience and tribute to the film The Sound of Music.

See the movie on the big screen, re-mastered to its original cinematic glory. If you don’t know the words, there are song sub-titles so everyone can sing along!
A highlight of the night is the costume parade – this promises to sort out the fans from the fanatics.

3.Entry is available to residents who reside within the Leader Community Newspapers’ distribution area. Refer to the end of these Terms and Conditions for Leader Distribution Area Suburbs List.

4.Employees and their immediate families of Leader Associated Newspapers Pty Ltd, News Limited and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

5.Leader Newspapers’ privacy policy is available by visiting www.heraldsun.com.au/leader/privacypolicy. Personal information is used for distribution of prizes only – we do not pass your details on to third parties unless it is necessary for prize collection or booking purposes.

6.This promotion is known as the Leader/Sing-A-Long-A Sound of Music competition.

7.Leader has 20 double passes (two adult tickets) to the 7.30pm performance of Sing-A-Long-A Sound of Music at Hamer Hall on Saturday, May 24, 2014 to give away. Each prize is valued at $110. Total prize pool is $2200.

8.The tickets are valid for the above show only and cannot be transferred to any other performance. Winners should check tickets for full terms and conditions.

9.The competition opens at 12.00am on Monday, March 17, 2014 and closes at 5pm on Wednesday, March 26, 2014.

10.The winners will be drawn at Leader’s Blackburn office on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 11am.

11.One entry allowed per person. Leader Community Newspapers reserves the right to invalidate all multiple entries submitted by one person.

12.Leader Newspapers reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to corrupt or tamper with the entry process.

13.Entries must include the entrant’s full name, email address, postal address and daytime phone number to be valid.

14.Leader Newspapers is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer which may affect participation in this promotion or transmission of entries over the internet.

15.The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries sent but not received by Leader.

16.Winners will be notified and prizes distributed by mail.

17.Winners’ first initial, surname and postcode will be published at www.heraldsun.com.au/leader/competitions as soon as possible after winners are drawn. Winners of individual prizes valued at over $250 will also be advertised in the Public Notices section of the next available edition of Leader Community Newspapers.

18.The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.
