The weekly winners will be the three valid entries judged by herald sun to be the most creative entries for the relevant photography theme
A selection of all entries including the weekly winners may appear across various herald sun channels including but not limited to print online and related social pages
All entrants agree that if they win the prize they will not and their companions will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation including the internet
The promoters and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error omission interruption deletion defect delay in operation or transmission communications line failure theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and reserves the right to take any action that may be available
Any entrant found to be using any form of software or third party application to enter multiple times including scripting software will have all entries invalidated and any claim to any prize will be invalidated

Prizes will be awarded to person named in the entry. winner has not claimed the prize by 7/5/17 then he or she will forfeit the prize and the prize will be awarded to the valid entry submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions that is judged by Herald Sun to be the next most creative entry at 10am AEDT on 8/5/17 at 40 City Road, Southbank, VIC 3006. winner of the unclaimed prize will be notified by telephone or email within two days of the date on which they are judged to be the unclaimed prize winner.

prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of first publication of these Terms and Conditions (inclusive of GST). prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
