1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.

2.The promoter is Leader Associated Newspapers Pty Ltd, 1-7 Chapel St, Blackburn, Vic, 3130. ABN: 34 004 337 446.

3.Entry is available to residents who reside within the Leader Community Newspapers’ distribution area. Refer to the end of these Terms and Conditions for Leader Distribution Area Suburbs List.

4.Employees and their immediate families of Leader Associated Newspapers Pty Ltd, News Limited and agencies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.

5.Leader Newspapers’ privacy policy is available by visiting www.heraldsun.com.au/leader/privacypolicy. Personal information is used for distribution of prizes only – we do not pass your details on to third parties unless it is necessary for prize collection or booking purposes.

6.This promotion is known as the Leader/Dog Lovers Show competition.

7.Leader has 10 prize packs to give away. Each pack includes four tickets to the Dog Lovers Show, on at the Melbourne Exhibition Buildings from May 2-4, 2014, plus a voucher for $140 worth of Kong dog products (products to be collected at the Dog Lovers Show).

8.Each prize is valued at $200. Total prize pool is $2000.

9.Tickets are valid for the Dog Lovers Show only and are cannot be transferred to any other exhibition. Winners should check tickets for full terms and conditions of entry.

10.The competition opens at 12.05am on Monday, April 7, 2014 and closes at 5pm on Wednesday, April 16, 2014.

11.The winners will be drawn at Leader’s Blackburn office on Thursday, April 17, 2014.

12.One entry allowed per person. Leader Community Newspapers reserves the right to invalidate all multiple entries submitted by one person.

13.Leader Newspapers reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to corrupt or tamper with the entry process.

14.Entries must include the entrant’s full name, email address, postal address and daytime phone number to be valid.

15.Leader Newspapers is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problems with internet or network congestion, including injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s computer which may affect participation in this promotion or transmission of entries over the internet.

16.The Promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries sent but not received by Leader.

17.Winners will be notified and prizes distributed by mail.

18.Winners’ first initial, surname and postcode will be published at www.heraldsun.com.au/leader/competitions as soon as possible after winners are drawn.

19.The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.
