prize includes 12 months’ private registration and stamp duty. prize vehicle colour will be chosen at the discretion of the Promoter. prize includes Luxury Car Tax, Genesis to You, Registration and On Road costs . Prize valued at a total amount of $84,518.04 AUD. prize does not include comprehensive insurance, optional extras or any other accessories not specified. winner must have an Australian driver’s license and is a resident living in Australia.
prize, including but not limited to any transfer costs, additional taxes, registration, insurance and other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner, as incurred. prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by the prize supplier/s (Simply Sports Cars Lotus Sydney).
prize will be handed over by Genesis Australia (Level 1, 394 Lane Cove Rd, Macquarie Park NSW) Collection of the prize is at the responsibility of the winner.
winner’s responsibility to check his or hers legal eligibility to drive the Genesis G70 with the Roads and Maritime Services (RMS).
prize winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and consent to the Promoter using their names and images in promotional material.
