1. This competition is being run by Flower Power Pty Ltd (ABN: 13 000 557 460), 124 Newbridge Road, Moorebank, New South Wales, 2170 (‘Promoter’).
2. By entering this competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
3. The competition commences at 7pm AEST on 19.7.18 and closes at 5pm AEST on 31.7.18
(‘Promotional Period’).
4. Entry is open to NSW residents only who are not an employee of the Promoter, the
Promoter’s related companies or a preferred supplier of the Promoter, and any agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families (including spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling {whether full, half, step or by adoption}). Entrants under the age of 18 must have the permission of their parent or guardian to enter the promotion. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian on their behalf.
5. To enter a participant must:

b. Post a photo on their own Instagram account of their favourite homewares
purchased from Flower Power
c. Tag @flowerpowergardencentres in the image
6. Participants can enter as many times as they like.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant for
tampering with the entry process, or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with
these terms and conditions.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or incorrect competition entries.
9. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever incurred from
participating in this competition.
10. Following the completion of the Promotional Period the eligible entries will be reviewed and
three (3) winners will be selected at 124 Newbridge Road, Moorebank, NSW, 2170 at 2pm on Wednesday, 1 August, 2018 by a panel of judges. Winners will be selected on photographic and styling merit. The three winners will win a $200 Flower Power Gift Card (‘Prize’) sent to them via email.
11. The winners will be advised via Instagram by Flower Power commenting on their winning post within two (2) working days of the draw.
12. The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The Prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days or it will be forfeited.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter including the submitted photographs which
may be used to promote the Promoter in various marketing materials and channels including, but not limited to, Instagram, the Promoter’s website, Facebook, marketing emails and printed newsletters.

17. The winner must provide photo ID via email to receive the Prize.
18. Upon confirmation of the winner’s details Flower Power will directly email the winner the $200 Flower Power Gift Card. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the redemption of the Prize.
