Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter will, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification. Winner or any other party if the Prize (or any part of the Prize) is damaged for any reason.
Prize cannot be refunded or exchanged.
