1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia who enter online at www.crabtree-evelyn.com.au/Competition.aspx between 11/09/17 and 28/09/17.
3. To enter the competition, entrants are required to “Tell us in 25 words or less what your favourite Crabtree & Evelyn product is and why?”
4. Employees and their immediate families of Crabtree & Evelyn Australia are ineligible to enter.
5. Competition closes on 28/09/17 at 11.59pm AEST.
6. The winning entries will be chosen at 3pm on 29/09/17 at Crabtree & Evelyn Australia Head Office, 42 Fairchild Street, Heatherton, Victoria 3202. All entries become the property of the promoter and may be used in future marketing promotions.
7. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winners will be notified via a phone call using the registration details provided.
9. First prize: private Gold Class screening of Universal Pictures VICTORIA & ABDUL (valued at AU$5,000) available at the winner’s nearest capital city with timing to be agreed between the winner and Universal Pictures. Note that peak period block outs may apply. The private theatrette screening must take place within 12 months of the prize draw.
Runner-up prize (180 double passes in total): VICTORIA & ABDUL double pass valid at all major cinemas including Event Cinemas, Birch Carrol and Coyle, Greater Union, Village Cinemas, Hoyts Cinemas and Reading Cinemas. Tickets are also valid at participating independent cinemas. Please see full terms and conditions of use printed on the tickets.
10. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. If the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
11. The prizes will be sent to the winners via a road courier service or Australia post.
12. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the promoter and any third party suppliers.
13. The promoter and any third party suppliers are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the winner(s).
