Winner will be drawn on July 1st 2021
Prizes: The Winner of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive a Flat packed Chicken Caravan 30. winner is located in The Australian Capital Territory the prize is a $2999 gift voucher to be spent on any products at Chicken Caravan. Winners living outside of Australia win a Chicken Caravan 30 Flat Pack and do not have the option to receive a gift voucher. prize shall be solely determined by Chicken Caravan. prize substitution shall be permitted except at the discretion of Chicken Caravan. prize is non-transferable. prize-related expenses, including without limitation shipping charges any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, import duties shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. prize constitutes permission for Chicken Caravan to the right to use their name, photograph, and location in advertising and promotion without compensation or permission except where prohibited by law.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected at random on the July 1st, 2021, under the supervision of Chicken Caravan. Winner will be notified by Email within five (5) days following selection of the Winner. Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Winner has unsubscribed from Chicken Caravan’s emails before the draw date, their entry will be deemed void and another winner will be drawn. Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited at the discretion of Chicken Caravan and an alternate Winner may be selected at the discretion of Chicken Caravan. Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. WINNER (AT Chicken Caravan‘s SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
