If it is found they enter more than one time best&less reserves the right to discount their entries from the competition
The promoter shall not be liable for any entries that have been lost stolen forged damaged or tampered with in any way
The promoter is not responsible for lost late or misdirected or for entries not properly completed
Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid
All entries become and remain the property of the promoter
Eligible entrants personal information pi will be collected to enable the promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winner

The promoter may judge additional reserve entries and record them in order of merit in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is judged
