Prizes will be finalised and determined at the Promoters’ sole discretion and are subject to the Sponsors’ own terms and conditions, as included in Appendix 1 (the details of the prizes are detailed in Appendix 1).

-Prize is valid to be booked and issued no later than Friday 27 July 2018. winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for having valid travel documents and obtaining the right to enter France.
prize-winner’s tickets are not transferable, not cash-redeemable, non-upgradeable and their validity cannot be extended. Winner of the ticket(s) must be among the travellers.
Winner and his/her travel companion are personally responsible for any other costs and gratuities, which are not explicitly included in this prize (e.g. visa application, travel insurance etc.).

Winner does not respond within 15 days of sending this email, he/she will be deemed to have renounced his/her prize, which will then be offered to the second Winner in the selected list of Winners. Winners must agree to the Promoters publishing his/her first name, surname and country, the date he/she won and details of the prize on the website, without giving any right to compensation or benefit other than allocation of the prize. Winner and his/her travel companion are responsible for holding a valid passport and visa if applicable at the time of travel. Winner and his/her companion must travel on the same itinerary and the following conditions apply relating to the Club Med stay. Winner’s prize must be used before 30th April 2019 and dates are subject to availability.
