All valid responses will be read and reviewed based on creativity, eligibility
criteria met, literary merit and suitability.

Prize claim date
and time
The winner must contact Freedom Road Travel Australia to claim their prize
no later than 9am 1 March 2019. In the event the prize winner does not
claim prize and is unable to be contacted, the prize and draw will be
withdrawn. A re-draw will not occur.
Terms and

The flight component of the prize is valid for travel only between 10 February
2019 and 31 March 2020 and tickets must be issued prior to 31 May 2019.
Black-out dates may apply.
All travel must be
completed within this period. Unused components are non-refundable, non-
transferable
and cannot be redeemed for other services and/or cash. Prizes

cannot be used in conjunction with travel discounts or special offers. In the
event
a winner does not take the prize, then the entire prize will be forfeited.
Any extension or variation of the travel dates nominated by Singapore
Airlines
will be at the cost and responsibility of the winner. Any requests to
extend or vary travel arrangements must be made in writing to Freedom
Road Travel Australia and will be entirely at the discretion of Singapore
Airlines. Singapore Airlines and Freedom Road Travel are not required to
grant extensions on prize or travel dates. Once booked, any changes made
to the
booking may incur a cancellation or amendment fee, at the cost and
responsibility of the winner.
The winner and travelling companion must travel at the same time and on the
same flight; must depart from
Brisbane,Cairns,Darwin,Perth,Adelaide,Sydney,Melbourne or Canberra, and
fly to Phuket. The winner and companion are required to be 18 or over and
Australian Citizens. If winners are found to not be Australian Citizens or over
the age of 18, prize will be withdrawn and winners will be liable for any ticket
cancellation costs incurred.
Tickets are valid for 35 days from the date of departure.
Flights are subject to schedule of Singapore Airlines and its affiliated network.
Black out periods and conditions apply and are set by Singapore Airlines.
Air tickets will be issued electronically by Singapore Airlines in conjunction
with Freedom Road Travel. The tickets are non-refundable, non-negotiable
and no name changes permitted. Fare type is economy. Upgrade is permitted
on ticket, with prize winner responsible for fare costs.
Tickets awarded as part of the prize are not eligible for any frequent flyer
points or reward schemes.
The recipient is responsible for all travel costs to and from the point of
departure; all meals, passports, visas, airport transfers, freight, excess
baggage, all other ancillary costs and compliance with any health or other
government requirements or any other incurred expenses.
Land arrangements i.e hotel, transfers and activities are at the discretion of
the prize winners and Singapore Airlines are not affiliated with this.

Conditions
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the prize winner
of Singapore Airlines and Freedom Road Travel competition.
Each entry will be reviewed and judged by a representative from Freedom
Road Travel Australian and Singapore Airlines.
Entrants must not be representing third parties or be found to use the same
entry in another competition or that has been previously published.
All entries remain the property of the promoter; Freedom Road Travel.

Employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the draw.
The promoter and associated agencies, incorporations and companies shall
not be liable for
any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited
to, indirect or
consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in
connection with
the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.
The entrant confirms and warrants that they have full power and authority
to enter into this
agreement and hereby indemnify the Promoter from and against any and all
costs and
damages incurred as a result of any breach of the representations and
warranties made by
the entrant herein.
By entering the competition via completing the entry form, entrants agree
to the Terms & Conditions of entry, and to
receive emails from Freedom Road Travel to which they can unsubscribe at
any time.
The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry submitted to the
Competition.
To the extent necessary, the entrant hereby waives all moral rights (as
defined by the
Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)), including the right of attribution.
The entrant warrants the entry does not incorporate any other materials
which are subject
to third party proprietary rights or otherwise infringe any third party’s
rights. The entrant
further warrants that they have the required consents and approvals from
individuals
appearing in the entry.
The judges’ decision is final and binding upon all entrants and no
correspondence will be
entered into.
Entrants who are not winners will not receive any notification at all. The
Promoter will contact the Winner(s) in accordance with the Notification of
Winners provision
to arrange for delivery of the Prize.
The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a
winner is

unable to use the prize as stated. Each prize is not transferable to another
person (unless
agreed to by the Promoter) or exchangeable for other goods and services
and cannot be
redeemed for cash.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter
(including its officers,
employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any
personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity);
whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not
limited to, where
arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment
malfunction (whether or
not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or
third party
interference; (c) any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or
misdirected (whether
or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of
the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in these Terms
and Conditions; (e)
any tax liability incurred by a entrant; or (f) use of a Prize.
The Promoter and its associated agencies shall not be liable in any way if the
performance
of obligations hereunder is delayed or becomes impossible by reason of any
Act of God, war,
fire, earthquake, strike, sickness, accident, civil commotion or any other
cause.
