May submit multiple qualifying entries over the period of this promotion

The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and claims for the prize and disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been tampered with or the entry form doesn’t comply with requirements

Except for any liability not excluded by law entrants release and indemnify the promoter from and against all actions claims and liabilities that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the promoter for any loss damage or injury { including any special or consequential loss } suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant’s participation in the promotion

The promoter’s decision in relation to this promotion is final and binding on entrants and the promoter will not enter into any correspondence

Prize consists of one { 1 } only KIA Picanto S 5 Door Automatic with Silver paint option { Vehicle colour is SILVER and colour choice is not available. prize is also subject to the vehicle availability } including delivery and on road costs and GST { “Prize” }.

Prize can be claimed from the promoter at a predetermined time once verification of the winner and any other requirements are completed.

Prizes are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash , credit , used for resale prior to delivery and no change will be given. winner has been notified all responsibility for the vehicle resides with the winner at which time the winner absolves all responsibility of the vehicle and / or incidents associated with the vehicle.

Winner is determined as the first valid and verified entry, drawn at random from the entry barrel on the Date of the Draw { “Winner” }.

Winner will be notified by telephone and / or email within seven { 7 } days of the Draw.

Prize must be claimed by the Winner within sixty { 60 } Days of Notice being provided, should the Prize not be claimed within the allocated time, a Redraw will take place. Winner provides suitable photographic identification, including but not limited to proof of age and identity prior to awarding the Prize.

winner of the prize must hold a valid Australia Driver’s Licence at the time the prize is drawn , if the winner does not have a valid Driver’s Licence the winner is deemed invalid and a redraw will immediately take place.
winner must organise their own Insurance Cover and must provide a valid policy number prior to picking up / driving the vehicle.

Winner does not agree to publication, the Winner forfeits the Prize and a Redraw will take place.

Prize and disqualify an Entrant where the entry process has been tampered with or the Entry form doesn’t comply with requirements.

Prize changes between the date of publication of these Terms and Conditions and the date the Prize is awarded.

Winners or delivery of Prize is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control.
