Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter the ‘Win a $500 Woolworths Gift Card for Christmas’ Competition forms part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of New South Wales, Australia. Employees of the promoter and their staff are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter this competition you will need to do the following:
I. Log on to www.facebook.com/LaneCoveMarketSquare with your personal Facebook account and click on the ‘Competition’ tab
II. Become a Fan of the Lane Cove Market Square Facebook Page by clicking the like button and you will gain access to the entry form
III. Enter your details and you are in the draw
4. The competition will run from 9am AEDT Friday 22nd November 2013 and end at 2:30pm AEDT Wednesday 18th December 2013.
5. The prize draw will take place at 3pm AEDT on Wednesday 18th December 2013
6. Participants cannot enter more than once throughout the duration of the competition. You will only be able to enter one email per Facebook account for a single entry. Please note it is against Facebook’s terms of service to have more than one Facebook account.
7. All winners will be selected at random by Lane Cove Market Square’s competition consultant iSocialize.
8. The winner will be emailed notification that they have won and details on how to claim their prize. This will happen straight after the draw on 18th December 2013.
9. The Winner will be published on the Lane Cove Market Square Facebook Page www.facebook.com/LaneCoveMarketSquare
10. Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Lane Cove Market Square accepts no responsibility for any complications associated with internet, networks or telephone lines including bugs/viruses and server problems for whatever reason.
12. The winners must present identification to claim their prize; this identification must match the winning entrant’s details.
13. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
14. The prizes is 1 x $500 Woolworths Gift Card
15. The winner understands that they must participate in any promotional work as a result of winning the prize and may include photos on the Lane Cove Market Square Facebook Page and in the local newspapers.
16. The promoter shall not be held liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. In the event that the prize winner does not contact Lane Cove Market Square within 3 months to claim their prize we will assume that the prize is unclaimed, new winner(s) will be selected at random on 25th March 2014.
18. Prizes will not be paid out in cash. Prizes are not transferable to others.
