GNC Pass the Parcel Competition (“the Competition”) – Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. By entering into this Competition you will be deemed to accept all Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is ONI Global (Aus) Pty Ltd Building G1, 421-439 Grieve Pde Altona North, Vic 3025 (“Promoter” or “GNC”).
3. The Competition commences at 10:00am on 4th of December 2013 and closes at 10:00am on 18th of December 2013 (“Competition Period”). All times and dates are times and dates in Melbourne.
4. Entry into the Competition is open during the Competition Period for any person who satisfies the following eligibility requirements:
a. is over 18 years of age or if under 18 years at the start of the Competition Period has their parent or legal guardian’s consent;
b. is an Australian resident, who during the Competition Period downloads the Facebook competition app and either
i. receives a message from GNC, inviting them to enter the Competition; or
ii. receives a notification from a friend that recently entered the competition; and
c. is not an employee or director of the Promoter or its related entities, or part of the immediate families of an employee or director of the Promoter.
5. In order to enter the Competition, each entrant must complete the Competition entry page on the GNC Australia Facebook page entering their full name and email address (“Entry”) during the Competition Period.
6. Entry into the Competition is free. Entrants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the Competition, which may include costs associated with accessing the internet.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any Entry and to disqualify any entrant who interferes with or fails to comply with the correct entry process, or who submits an Entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
8. Incomplete entries will be deemed to be invalid.
9. Only one (1) entry per day is permitted per person.
10. There are 70 items to be won (“Instant Win Prize”), which will consist of:
