GENERAL TERMS
1. By submitting an entry to the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and
agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Aussie Broadband Limited
(trading as Aussie Broadband), and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
2. The Competition is open to residents of Victoria, Australia only who areage18 or older at time of
entry. Employees of AussieBroadbandLimited (the “Promoter”), its respectiveparent,
subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising andpromotion agencies, distributors, merchants involvedwith
this Competition, and their immediatefamily members and/or thoseliving in the same
household of each arenot eligible to enter or win.
3. This competition is governed by Australianlaw. This competition is subject to all applicable
federal, stateandlocal laws and regulations. Void whereprohibited by law. No purchase is
necessarytoenter or win. A purchasewill not improve your chances of winning.
HOW TO ENTER
1. This Competition is a game of skill, conducted via social media (Facebook and Instagram)
email and website entry. Entrants must provide a written entry, answering in 25 words or
less, what your ultimate money can’t buy experience with the Melbourne Stars is. All
entries must be received between December 22, 2020, 9:00AM and January 13, 2021,
11:59PM (“Competition Entry Period”). Online entrants subject to all notices posted online
including but not limited to Sponsor’s privacy policy.
2. By submitting any content to Aussie Broadband in relation to Melbourne Stars
Competition, you represent and warrant that:
a. You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights of the content you
submit, and that the content you submit does not infringe any third party’s copyright,
patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or
privacy.
b. Imagery and text entered will be used for digital (Facebook/Instagram) promotional
use during the competition period (and perhaps up to 3 months after) that relate
strictly to the Aussie Broadband brand.
c. You are at least 18 years old.
d. You have not been compensated or granted consideration by any third party for your
content, and that you are providing your content in good faith and in the spirit in
which the process is intended.
e. Useof thecontent you supply does not violate theseTerms of Useand will not cause
injury to any person or entity.
f. The content you provide to Aussie Broadband: is not false, inaccurateor misleading;
does not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation(including, but not limited to,
thosegoverning export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination
or falseadvertising)does not contain any content which is defamatory, libellous, hateful,
racially or religiously biasedor offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to
any individual, partnership or
corporation; does not contain any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging
computer programs or files; and
g. The content you provide does not contain any of the following types of content or
violates other guidelines: Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other language not
suitable for a public forum; advertisements, “spam” content, or references to other
products, offers, or websites; email addresses, URLs, twitter handles, phone numbers,
physical addresses or other forms of contact information; critical or spiteful comments
about other reviews posted on the page or their authors.
h. You agree to indemnify and hold Aussie Broadband (and its officers, directors, agents,
subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and third¬party service providers), harmless from
all claims, demands, and damages (direct or indirect) including reasonable legal fees,
arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your
violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
i. All content that you submit will be used at AussieBroadband’s sole discretion. Aussie
Broadband reserves theright to change, condense or delete any content on Aussie
Broadband’s websiteand socialplatforms that Aussie Broadbanddeems, in its sole
discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of theseTerms of Use.
AussieBroadband does not guaranteethat you will have any recourse throughAussie
Broadband to edit or deleteany content you have submitted. You acknowledge that you, not
AussieBroadband, are responsiblefor the contents of your submission. None of the content
that you submit will be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Aussie
Broadband, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates,partners orthird-partyserviceproviders and
their respectivedirectors, officers and employees.
PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”)
There is a total of 248 prizes totalling $39,500 inclusive of GST.
1. The Prizes includes:
o Money Can’t Buy Experience (MCBE) – 2 x Unique Money Can’t Buy Experiences awarded
through the competition in conjunction with the Melbourne Stars game at the MCG on
January 26 2021. The prize includes an allowance for flights, transfers, accommodation,
tickets, merchandise and the experiential elements as agreed with the Melbourne Stars.
Approximate value $3,000 per prize, total value $6,000.
o Away Games – 10 x Corporate Hospitality double passes to selected Away games during
the BBL10 season as indicated per the schedule included in these T&C. Each double pass is
valued at $400, total value $6,000
o Home Games – 40 x Corporate Hospitality double passes to selected Home games during
the BBL10 season as indicated per the schedule included in these T&C. Each double pass is
valued at $390, total value $15,600
o Home Games (GA) – 200 x GeneralAdmission tickets to attendthe MCG Homegameon
January26th 2021. Each ticket is valued at $55, totalvalue $11,000
ODDS
1. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the
Competition Entry Period. Multiple people can win and if someone is awarded one of
the Corporate Hospitality Prizes, they will remain eligible for the Money Can’t Buy
Experience draw.

2. Winners will be selected based on their entry as per the game of skill element of the
competition amongst all eligible entries received. The draw for the Money Can’t Buy
Experience will be conducted on Thursday January 14, 2021, 10:00AM AEDT at Aussie
Broadband, 3 Electra Avenue, Morwell VIC 3840.
3. Winners of the other prizes will be selected based on their entry as per the game of skill
element of the competition amongst all eligible entries received. The draw for each
allocation of tickets will take place 3 days prior to the Ticket Request Date for each game
outlined above.
4. Winners will be notified on the Prize Draw Date and must respond to accept the prize within
2 business days after the draw by email and or phone. Winners will be announced via the
Aussie Broadband Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as published on Aussie Broadband
website on the prize draw day. The winner will be required to complete and return an email
confirmation of prize acceptance and possibly an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a
Public Release (“Affidavit/Release”).
Winners will be announced via:

Prize awarded within 2 days after receipt and verification of completed Affidavit/Release or
prize notification.
5. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or if Affidavit/Release is returned as
undeliverable or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or
he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and may be
awarded to an alternate winner. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules,
but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her stateof primary residence, the prize will be
awarded in the name of winner’s parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute
affidavit on minor’s behalf.
6. The redraw for a new winner of the main draw if not originally claimed will be on
Monday January 18, 10:00AM AEDT at Aussie Broadband, 3 Electra Avenue, Morwell VIC
3840. The unclaimed prize winner will then be notified within 2 business days after the
draw by email and the unclaimed prize winner will be published on the sponsor’s
Facebook page on Wednesday January 20, 10:00AM AEDT.
7. No substitutions are permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or
greater value will be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash and non-assignable and non-
transferable except to a surviving spouse.
8. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local sales and income taxes. Any other
incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner.
9. Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, prize won,
hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further
compensation, except where prohibited by law. Limit: one prize per household. Prize is
guaranteed to be awarded.
10.Cash value of the prize cannot be redeemed.
11.Participating entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and
release, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and all other
businesses involved in this Competition, as well as the employees, officers, directors and
agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and
use or misuse of prize.
12.Winner assumes allliability for any injury or damagecausedor claimed to be caused, by
participationin this Competition or use or redemption of prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any
typographicalor other error in the printing of the offer, administrationof the Competitionor in
the announcement of the prize.
13.Winner acknowledges the Sponsor and all other businesses concerned with this
Competition and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any
warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative the quality,
conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of prize.
ARBITRATION
1. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed
submitted by the “Authorised Account Holder” of the email address submitted at the time
of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email
address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is
responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-
mail address.
2. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries
generated by a script, macro or use or automated devices are void.
3. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or incomplete
entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission,
theft or destructionor unauthorized access toor alterations of entry materials, orfor technical,
network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardwareor softwaremalfunctions of any
kind, or inaccuratetransmissionofor failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account
of technicalproblems or traffic congestionon theInternet or at any web siteor any combination
thereof; or (iii) any injury or damageto entrant’s orany other person’s computer relatedto or
resulting from participating in the Competition.
4. By participating in the Competition, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules,
including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of
Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all
matters relating to the Competition.
5. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the
Competition.
6. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any Competition it sponsors, any
person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules and cancel the Competition
if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus, bot or system malfunction
inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Competition), and to select winner from among
all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal. Legal Warning:
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN individual, whether or not an ENTRANT, TODELIBERATELY DAMAGE,
destroy, tamper or vandalize this WEB SITE OR interferewith the OPERATIONOF THE

7. This Competition shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of VIC,
Australia without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree
that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Competition shall be
litigated only in courts sitting in Melbourne, VIC, Australia. To Cancel, vary or modify the
promotion is subject to state regulations.
