This online competition offers entrants the chance to win $1000 off your annual car insurance through Shannons Insurance.

1. Information on how to enter this competition and any prizes included in the prize pack form part of these conditions of entry. By entering, you’re accepting all the terms and conditions.

2. One entry per person is valid.

3. Entries are only valid for Australian residents.

4. Employees of Network Video and other companies associated with this promotion and their families are ineligible to enter.

5. To enter, go to www.networkvideo.com.au to complete the online entry form for your chance to win $1000 off your annual car insurance through Shannons Insurance.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. No entries received after the closing date will be recognised as eligible and no responsibility is accepted for lost, late or misdirected mail or incomplete or incomprehensible entries. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.

7. Promotion commences on February 5, 2014 at 6pm and entries can be received from this date. Entries close on March 5, 2014 at 5pm. The winning entries will be selected at Network Video Head Office on the March 12, 2014. Winners will be notified by phone or email. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Prize Winners will receive $1000 off your annual car insurance through Shannons Insurance.

9. To receive the prize, winners must be a member of a Network Video store. If you are not a member, upon winning, you can join your nearest store to collect your prize.

10. In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.

11. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges are possible and prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or anything else.

12. Any change in the value of prizes between the publishing date and the date when prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.

13. Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.

14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

15. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as necessary in order to distribute any prizes that remain unclaimed. This subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming regulations 1993 (SA).

16. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner (or any companion to the winner) to take part in any part, or all aspects of the prize if the Promoter determines in their absolute discretion that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize and the Promoter will not be liable for any loss of opportunity or otherwise. No compensation will be offered or paid. No responsibility is accepted for any late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will not be accepted. Ineligible, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible.
